For our family, this bond has always been particularly strong, ever since the founding of the Bava wineries and the birth of the hotel and restaurant in Cocconato, in 1911.

Since then, 6 generations have taken turns in tending the vineyards and winemaking, while, in the family, traditional Piedmontese dishes have continued to brighten the table.
